What format are the photos in?
All HSF photos are in JPG format.

What format are the videos in?
All HSF videos are in Quicktime format, either DV or HDV.

Can I get this clip on a tape/DVD?
Yes, all clips are previously digitized, categorized and organized for delivery to any format of tape, DVD, Blu-Ray, or Hard drive, send us an email or call us at (303)721-6121 to order.

Do you add video on a regular basis?
Yes. We add video as it becomes available. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest video that we have posted.

Can I submit video/photos to sell?
It depends on the quality of your video or photos, call us (303)721-6121 if you are serious about having HSF be a distributor of your media.

Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of videos and photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.

Are there any restrictions on my use of the HSF video/photos that I download?
Yes. While HSF offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our videos/photos, or allow the use of our videos/photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.
